A graduate of the University of West Florida, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Recreation and Resort Management. Her professional experience includes corporate, government and non-profit event planning, exhibitor relations and customer service. Previous to joining W&A, Baczewski was an event coordinator with Megan K. Events of Pensacola.

Lauren is responsible for the delivery of W&A’s suite of association management services which include: accounting and financial management; conference and event planning; member education, training and programs; headquarter infrastructure; marketing and communications; membership recruitment and retention; social media applications; and strategic business plans.
