Rob Wilson, President
Robert Wilson has extensive professional experience in legislative affairs; association management; environmental sustainability; and funding procurement.
Over the past 20 years, he has successfully managed regulatory and legislative initiatives in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Florida. Wilson has also served on the executive teams of two major natural gas pipelines, a natural gas local distribution company and a public power district. His professional experience includes client successes in both energy infrastructure construction projects and policy initiatives. His work in the energy sector provides regular interaction with a wide variety of local, state and federal security and emergency response professionals.
He has developed association management client programs in event management, membership recruitment/retention, communications, event cost analysis/measurement, sponsorships, and strategic planning.
His wide breadth of knowledge on governance, board development, strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, and meetings and trade show management provides him the opportunity to serve in a leadership role or provide client counsel to several non-profit, regional & statewide environmental sustainability trade associations.
Wilson provides meaningful counsel to clients in funding procurement; offering Funding Searches, Grant Writing, Grant Revisions/Rewriting Services, Contract Procurement and Workshops to businesses and non-profits. W&A is a registered contractor with the federal government.
Wilson is a graduate of the University of Nebraska/Omaha with an undergraduate and Master's Degree in Public Administration.
